Teen Girls Strength and Injury Prevention Program
This class is designed for teen girls who want to build strength, learn proper weight lifting technique, improve movement mechanics, and reduce their risk of injury. Athletes of all sports and experience levels are welcome.
Each participant will receive an individualized home exercise program to work on throughout the summer based on her unique strengths, goals, and areas for improvement.
Classes are led by physical therapists Dr. Erika Barger and Dr. Danika Jost.
Please have your child wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. An adult will need to sign a waiver at Steamboat Fit upon drop-off.
