Building Strength for the Sports They Love

Help your child build strength, confidence, and movement skills through sport-specific training and age-appropriate strength exercises. Whether your child plays soccer, dances ballet, skis or snowboards, swims, plays lacrosse, or is learning how to lift weights for the first time, Erika designs a program that meets your child right where they are.

Each child receives a customized exercise program based on their age, sport, current skill level, and individual goals. Sessions focus on proper form, balance, coordination, and strength in a safe, supportive environment. Erika helps kids move better, feel more confident, and reduce their risk of injury.

If your child is recovering from an injury, Erika also provides return-to-play guidance. Using evidence-based pediatric physical therapy principles and guidelines, she helps children safely rebuild strength and endurance, regain confidence, and transition back to their sport.

The goal is simple: help your child move well, stay active, and enjoy the sports and activities they love, now and as they grow.
