Help your child participate in gymnastics alongside peers with confidence. This small-group class provides individualized support in a positive, encouraging environment. Designed for children with disabilities, classes focus on building strength, coordination, and motor control through gymnastics specific exercises.

Each session includes a warm-up and cool-down, an obstacle course, and skill-building at each gymnastics station: bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. Kids will help create an obstacle course, play “follow the leader,” and practice turn-taking.

Please have your child dress in comfy, move-friendly clothes and bring a water bottle. Siblings and friends are welcome to join the fun, and parents are welcome to drop off at the start of class and pick up at the end.
